Technical Support and Administration
Technical Support and Administration services are provided to customers who want to retain responsibility for their own systems, but would rather not have to worry about the day to day management of them on an ongoing basis.
These services are totally flexible and can be provided from your offices or ours. FFF offers two types of Technical Support and Administration services – Infrastructure Management and Application Management Services, each of which is discussed in more detail below.
Infrastructure Management Services
Managing your IT infrastructure can be a constant challenge – IT skills are notoriously expensive and hard to acquire and, despite the importance to your business of keeping your critical systems up and running, there is typically very little ongoing business benefit from managing your own systems.
These factors combine to make Infrastructure Management a responsibility that most organisations bear only grudgingly.
FFF Infrastructure Management Services provide you with the ability to transfer the responsibility for managing your systems to FFF, thus freeing up your valuable resources to concentrate on your core business.
As an added advantage, we provide all Infrastructure Management customers with the benefit of our extensive systems management expertise as well as our related processes, procedures and tools.

- You no longer have to worry about recruiting and retaining expensive technical resources, dealing with staff shortages, etc. Under an Infrastructure Management Services agreement FFF is responsible for ensuring that adequate resources are available to maintain your systems at all times
- We can support your systems on a 24 x 7 x 365 basis
- We have extensive expertise supporting a wide range of heterogeneous hardware and software platforms for customers large and small. Combined with our network of business partners who specialise in customised and bespoke systems, we are able to support whatever systems your company uses.
- Technical Support and Administration services can include as much or as little as you require to maintain your systems – we can help you run them or we can completely manage them on your behalf.
Application Management Services
Whereas Infrastructure Management Services are focused on managing the IT infrastructure (hardware, software, networking, etc.) that your applications run on, Application Management Services involve managing the actual applications themselves.
FFF is able to provide cost effective Application Management Services for a range of readily available or bespoke applications. We manage customer applications to the highest possible standard, thus providing optimum application performance, availability and security. Advantages of this service to your organisation can include the following:
- Your applications are managed and maintained to the highest possible standards by a team of experienced technicians (often to a higher standard of management than customers can provide themselves.)
- Application Management Services are cost effective and can be provided on a fixed-price basis, thus making financial planning a breeze.
